Price, the one-year license, repurchase, and refunds are in Terms of Sale. This Privacy Policy covers how information is handled.
This Privacy Policy describes how the Chrome extension Ghost Video Dial (“the Extension,” “we,” “us”) handles information. The Extension was called On the Sofa for YouTube before version 2.0.0. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, YouTube, Netflix, Amazon (Prime Video), DWANGO (niconico), or any other video service it works with.

All of this happens in your browser. Nothing about the page, the video, or your use of it is sent to us. When the Extension changes playback through a site’s own controls, the site may keep that setting (for example, your preferred speed) the same way it would if you had used its controls yourself.
If Chrome Sync is on, Chrome copies this data to your other Chrome browsers signed in to the same account.
None of this data is sent to us.
If you buy Pro, the Extension opens Lemon Squeezy’s hosted checkout in a new tab. The Extension never sees or stores card numbers, bank details, or billing addresses. Lemon Squeezy, as Merchant of Record, processes what the sale needs (typically name, email address, payment method, billing and tax details, and the order record) under its Privacy Policy and Buyer Terms.
When you enter a license key, and about once a day while one is stored, the Extension sends to Lemon Squeezy’s License API (api.lemonsqueezy.com):
Lemon Squeezy’s answer includes details of the order behind the key (such as the store and product, and the buyer’s name and email address). The Extension uses only the store and product, to confirm that the key is for this Extension, and the license status and expiry date. It does not store the rest.
The Extension sends nothing to these sites beyond the ordinary effect of controlling their player (section 2). Your use of them is subject to their own privacy policies, for YouTube Google’s Privacy Policy.
When you remove the Extension, Chrome opens a feedback form hosted by Google Forms in a new tab. Answers you choose to submit are stored in Google’s systems for the developer. No viewing data is included. You may close the tab without answering.
The use of information received from Chrome APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information is used only to provide the Extension’s features described here, and is not transferred, sold, or used for advertising or creditworthiness.
The Extension is not directed at children under 13 (or the age that applies in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data in Chrome storage stays until you uninstall the Extension or clear its data in Chrome. Uninstalling removes it from that browser profile. Session storage is cleared when the browser closes. Deactivating your license in the popup removes the license key from the Extension. Lemon Squeezy keeps order and license records under its own policies.
Lemon Squeezy may process payment and license data in other countries under its own policies and the law that applies (including tax law). The Extension itself sends no browsing or viewing data anywhere.
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above changes with each update, and significant changes are also announced in the Extension’s Chrome Web Store listing or its update notes.

These Terms of Sale describe the paid Pro license. They apply together with Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms; for the payment itself, the checkout page and Lemon Squeezy’s terms prevail. How information is handled is in the Privacy Policy.
Lemon Squeezy sells the Pro license to you as Merchant of Record: it takes the payment and handles tax, invoices, and refunds. The developer of the Extension provides the Extension and its Pro features and supports them. Google does not sell Pro.
Pro unlocks:
The free version stays usable without payment. The price and currency are shown on Lemon Squeezy’s checkout before you pay; tax may be added depending on where you live.
Each purchase gives a Pro license for about one year from the purchase date (the exact end date is the one Lemon Squeezy sets on the key). It is a one-time payment: it does not renew automatically and nothing is charged again unless you complete a new checkout.
After payment Lemon Squeezy emails a license key; enter it in the Extension’s popup. When the year ends the key expires and the Extension goes back to the free version. To continue, buy a new one-year license and enter the new key. That is a new purchase, not a renewal charge.
One key can be active in up to five browsers at a time (each Chrome profile counts as one, and so may a reinstall). To use it in another browser, choose “Deactivate license” in one you no longer use. If you cannot, contact support and old activations will be cleared.
Pro is a digital license. Refund requests are decided case by case by the developer and Lemon Squeezy; once a key has been issued and used, a refund is usually not available. Lemon Squeezy may refund at its discretion under its Buyer Terms. Rights you have under the consumer law of your country are not affected.
To ask for a refund, use the support contact on the Chrome Web Store listing or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt, with the order number and the email address used at checkout.
The Extension works with video sites as they are. A site may change in a way that stops a feature from working until the Extension is updated, and use on sites other than YouTube, Netflix, and Prime Video is experimental. No particular site is guaranteed to be supported. The Extension does not bypass any site’s restrictions: for example, speeds a site offers only to its paying members stay limited as that site decides.

Pro を購入すると、本拡張は Lemon Squeezy のチェックアウトを新しいタブで開きます。本拡張はカード番号、口座情報、請求先住所を見ることも保存することもありません。販売者（Merchant of Record）である Lemon Squeezy が、販売に必要な情報（氏名、メールアドレス、支払い方法、請求・税務情報、注文記録など）を、同社の プライバシーポリシーと 購入者規約に従って処理します。
ライセンスキーを入力したとき、およびキーが保存されている間はおおよそ1日1回、本拡張は Lemon Squeezy の License API（api.lemonsqueezy.com）へ次を送信します。
Lemon Squeezy の応答には、そのキーの注文の情報（ストアと商品、購入者の氏名とメールアドレスなど）が含まれます。本拡張が使うのは、キーが本拡張のものかを確かめるためのストアと商品、およびライセンスの状態と有効期限だけで、それ以外は保存しません。

本拡張を削除すると、Chrome が Google フォームのアンケートを新しいタブで開きます。回答した内容は開発者のために Google のシステムに保存されます。視聴データは含まれません。回答せずにタブを閉じてもかまいません。
Chrome の API から得た情報の利用は、限定的な使用（Limited Use）の要件を含め、 Chrome ウェブストアのユーザーデータ ポリシーに準拠します。情報はここに記した本拡張の機能の提供にだけ使い、譲渡・販売したり、広告や信用評価に使ったりしません。
本拡張は 13 歳未満（または各地域で適用される年齢）のお子様を対象としていません。お子様の個人情報を故意に収集することはありません。
Chrome のストレージのデータは、本拡張をアンインストールするか、Chrome でその拡張のデータを消去するまで残ります。アンインストールすると、そのブラウザプロファイルから削除されます。セッションストレージはブラウザを閉じると消えます。ポップアップでライセンスを解除すると、本拡張からライセンスキーが削除されます。注文とライセンスの記録は、Lemon Squeezy が同社の方針に従って保存します。
Lemon Squeezy は、同社の方針と適用される法令（税法を含む）に従い、決済とライセンスの情報を他の国で処理することがあります。本拡張自体は、閲覧や視聴のデータをどこにも送信しません。
本ポリシーは更新することがあります。更新のたびに上の「最終更新日」を改め、重要な変更は Chrome ウェブストアの掲載ページや更新のお知らせでもお知らせします。

本販売条件は有料の Pro ライセンスについて定め、Lemon Squeezy の 購入者規約とあわせて適用されます。支払いそのものについては、チェックアウト画面の表示と Lemon Squeezy の規約が優先します。情報の取り扱いは プライバシーポリシーを見てください。
Pro ライセンスは、販売者（Merchant of Record）である Lemon Squeezy が利用者に販売し、代金の受け取り、税、請求書、返金を取り扱います。本拡張とその Pro 機能は、本拡張の開発者が提供・サポートします。Google は Pro を販売しません。
Pro で次のことができるようになります。
無料版は支払いなしで使い続けられます。価格と通貨は、支払い前に Lemon Squeezy のチェックアウトに表示されます。居住地によっては税が加算されます。
1回の購入で、購入日から約1年間の Pro ライセンスが付与されます（正確な終了日は Lemon Squeezy がキーに設定する日付です）。これは都度払いで、自動更新はなく、新しいチェックアウトを完了しない限り追加の請求はありません。
支払い後、Lemon Squeezy からライセンスキーがメールで届きます。本拡張のポップアップに入力してください。1年が終わるとキーは期限切れになり、無料版に戻ります。続ける場合は新しい1年ライセンスを購入し、新しいキーを入力してください。これは継続課金ではなく新しい購入です。
1つのキーは、同時に5つのブラウザまで有効にできます（Chrome のプロファイルごとに1つと数え、再インストールでも1つ使うことがあります）。別のブラウザで使うときは、使わなくなったブラウザで「ライセンスを解除」してください。解除できない場合はお問い合わせいただければ、古い有効化を消去します。
Pro はデジタルライセンスです。返金の希望は、開発者と Lemon Squeezy が個別に判断します。キーの発行後・利用開始後の返金は、通常お受けできません。Lemon Squeezy が同社の購入者規約に基づいて裁量で返金する場合があります。お住まいの国の消費者法で認められた権利は、この条件によって制限されません。
返金を希望する場合は、Chrome ウェブストアの掲載ページの連絡先、または Lemon Squeezy のレシートへの返信で、注文番号と購入時のメールアドレスを添えてご連絡ください。
本拡張は動画サイトを現状のまま利用します。サイトの変更により、本拡張が更新されるまで一部の機能が使えなくなることがあります。YouTube、Netflix、プライムビデオ以外のサイトでの利用は実験的な機能で、特定のサイトへの対応は保証しません。本拡張はサイトの制限を回避しません。例えば、サイトが有料会員だけに提供している再生速度は、そのサイトの定めどおりに制限されたままです。
